In a recent survey by Dimensional Research, 90% of respondents claimed that positive online reviews influenced their buying decisions. More importantly, 86% said their decisions were influenced by negative online reviews!

Happy customers don’t always think to write a review but you can bet your bottom dollar that a client with a negative experience will! Encourage your customers to rate their experience as part of your customer service process – whether this is on your website, Facebook, Google+ or directory site. A mixture of good and not so good reviews is better than just one positive one – your aim is to get as many as possible.
